This is also where together we decide the gated approach to the project (PoC, Prototype or MVP). This can be a meeting or asynchronous work.

You’ll receive a scalability blueprint which includes customer journey, user stories, development roadmap with milestones (depending on the project, also architectural diagrams), and a comprehensive report detailing our findings and recommendations. We can additionally include a PR/FAQ document for stakeholder buy-in. This blueprint is designed to empower your team with clear next steps, whether proving, testing, or going into production.
