The story
Dementia diagnosis is still slow and expensive, and mostly paper and pen tests. Five Lives wanted to quickly get a brain health digital therapeutic to market that would improve this during their early phase of product deployment.
Think-it’s role
Think-it came in to accelerate the internal team velocity and roadmap, focusing and establishing the engineering into key success metrics such as:
- 99.5% crash-free rate for sessions and users
- Triaging and reducing specific time-to-bug fix
- Addressing PR comments faster (under 24hrs)
Why it mattered
The Five Lives team was able to speed up their anticipated time to market while still having a robust and scalable solution (>99.5% crash free rate). This brought clear value to their end users and helped them validate and optimize their offering, all within a reduced timeline.
