The story

Elavait wanted to seize the market opportunity and rapidly develop a 1st version of their iOS & Apple watch app - but lacked the technical leadership and development capacities.

Think-it’s role

We assembled a satellite team, dove into the domain and product roadmap, and built out an end-to-end development plan to launch with data-driven algorithm:

  • Collected data about users while doing workouts.
  • Take user medical history into consideration when creating the workout plan for the user.
  • Analyzed users’ performance to reshape their customized plan according to defined formulas.
  • Developed a mobile application to display the plans and the exercises for the user.
  • Developed an apple watch app to track the user heart rate.

Why it mattered

We were able to build a robust technical product the bring to market with a Serverless backend, iOS mobile application and an apple watch application for a customized personal training experience. The Elavait team was able to fully focus on the product vision and go-to-market strategy, while working with a partner that was deeply invested in the vision - leading to a successful launch.

Testimonials

What our partners say about us

Think-it not only delivers a great product, but also lets me manage my tech needs on a flexible basis. I like that the team has worked together before and knows everyone’s strengths and weaknesses. I literally got a full-functioning team from the ground up within a week – something that’s impossible to accomplish with traditional hiring.
