Simplifying talent matching through GenAI
We created a GenAI chatbot for Planetir to find the best candidate for job openings.
The story
The Planetir team was looking to create an automated and accurate way to match a large talent pool to job openings. They have the information on candidates, but the process of filtering and connecting them to relevant jobs (both hard and soft skills) was labor intensive.
Think-it’s role
The Think-it team created a GenAI chat feature and trained it on job descriptions and user data to map the aspects that make the best candidates. This allows recruiters to ask open contextual questions and find users that best match that description. It can filter further on soft skills, % level of expertise, and have a button to give the “best match” among the final list.
Why it mattered
This has made the matching process less resource intensive, reduces time-to-hire, and increases the likelihood of optimal candidates matching on the job description skills that matter for the role.
