We created a SaaS to validate potential Think-iteers technical skills.
The story
Think-it has high standards for its engineering collective and needed a tool to validate the technical skills of potential Think-iteers. Due to the large amount of candidates per open position, the current system was difficult to scale. Moreover, it needed to be able to be used across DevOps, Web, Data, and Mobile engineering.
Think-it’s role
We developed a robust and forward-thinking cloud-based, scalable solution that automates the assessment and validation of skills through serverless computing. This allows us to quickly determine the skills of potential new Think-iteers, validating their level and ability, as well as judge candidates equally and fairly.
Why it mattered
The Code'n'Roll platform has proven itself as a valuable SaaS and has already served as a foundation for an Open Learning Community in North Africa as well as being leveraged by Planetir to scale talent verification and matching on a global scale.
